No meal is ever complete without a dessert. Our desserts section specialises in Kheers, Rabdis, Halwas and a variety of Indian Sweets.
Serves 4
3 tbsps Vanilla custard powder
2 cups Milk
6 measures Sugar free
4 Bananas
1/2 small sized Musk melon (cubed)
4 Plums (cubed)
10-12 Strawberries (halved)
4 tbsps Pomegranate pearls

Whisk custard powder and milk well and cook. Add Sugar Free and cook till thick. Set aside to cool. Chill in the refrigerator. Peel bananas and cut into pieces. Mix bananas, musk melon and plums. Place a portion of the mixed fruits in a stemmed glass. Pour some chilled custard on top.Halve the strawberries and place them decoratively along the rim of the glass. Put some pomegranate pearls in the centre and serve chilled.
