2. 1 fresh pear (optional)
3. segments of 1 orange
4. 1 medium sized capsicum
5. 4 carrots
6. 4 sticks celery
7. 1/2 cucumber
8. a few raisins

Method:

Chop the fruits coarsely

Grate the vegetables

Mix in a bowl & put to chill

If u like add the curd dressing

Serve Cold
