Ingredients:

1½ Raw Papaya, grated
2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts, crushed

Grind to paste

1 tsp Sugar
5 Pods Garlic
3-4 Green Chillies
2 Medium Tomatoes
Salt according to taste


Method:
Mix grated papaya with tomato, chillies and garlic paste.
Add peanuts and mix well.


Tip: For sweeter, crisper cucumbers and salad onions, soak onion slices and cucumber slices in ice water for 30 minutes. Drain well and pat dry.
