3 Bunches of fresh broccoli heads chopped
1/2 red onion finely chopped
1 cup raisins
1/3 cup sunflower seeds (without the shells)
1 8oz. jar of poppyseed dressing
ground black pepper to taste

Start by chopping up broccoli heads into small bite size pieces and set aside in a large mixing bowl. Then finely chop up red onion and add to bowl. Add the raisins and sunflower seeds. Next add the poppyseed dressing slowly and mix well. Note you may not need to use the entire jar of dressing. Pepper to taste. Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours and then serve.

If you do not like raisins fresh red grapes are also very good. Use about 1 1/2 cups halved. This is a sweet and tangy delightful salad.
