1 packet baby spinach salad (in most markets in us you get the pre washed variety, that
works best because it is not soggy)
1 large cucumber - sliced
2 large tomatoes - cut into large chunks
2 hot peppers - cut into large chunks
10 almonds - microwave almonds for one minute , cool and then slice
optional - carrots cut into pieces
grapes or oranges
black olives - canned - drained and washed.

Mix the salad ingredients
Separately mix the dressing very well and pour over salad
