No meal is ever complete without a dessert. Our desserts section specialises in Kheers, Rabdis, Halwas and a variety of Indian Sweets.
INGREDIENTS :

Sponge Cake - 1
Jelly - 1 packet
Pineapple Essence - 1 tsp
Colour -Few drops
Small chopped fruit pieces - 1 cup
For Custard - 4 Cups milk
Sugar - 10 tbsp
Custard powder - 4 tbsps

METHOD :


1 .Make the jelly as per instructions on the packet. When set, cut into small squares.
2. Make custard as per basic recipe


To Arrange -

3 .Put jelly pieces in the base of the dish.
4.Then cut the cake into small squares. Lightly dip in mango juice. Arrange some pieces on jelly. Then put some fruit pieces. Then custard.
Repeat procedure as above
5. Refrigerate to Chill. Then decorate with fresh fruit or cherries.


(Note : You can be very creative.u may add/less some items to suit your tastes. Keep the pudding in a glass bowl. It should look colourful)
