ImageMad Men star Christina Hendricks has opened up about her workout regime.

Hendricks works out three times a week with actor husband Geoffrey Arend and their personal trainer.

"It's amazing how quick an hour can go by when you work out with someone you love," the Daily Mail quoted Hendricks as saying.

She does interval training on the treadmill (running very fast, then slowing down).

She is also a fan of the Bosu balance trainer -- an inflatable ball that's flat on one side and improves strength and balance when you do exercises on its unstable surface.

"I get bored on the treadmill, but I'm really into the Bosu ball -- I do weights and squats on it," she revealed.
