This Special section features unique recipes which you wouldn't commonly find anywhere else. It has a mixed collection of dry and curry dishes from snacks to main-course meals.
INGREDIENTS:

½ lb. Chicken(boneless)
½ cup Raw Cream
½ cup Yoghurt
½ tsp. All spice powder
10 nos. Cashews
¼ tsp. Cardamom(powder)
¼ tsp. Black Pepper(powder)
1 pinch Black Salt
½ tsp chaat masala
salt to taste



DIRECTIONS:
Mix all the above ingredients together and marinate for 2-3 hours.
Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and grill in hot oven (450 °F) for about 10 minutes.
Baste with melted butter if the chicken is too dry and grill again for couple of minutes.
Serve two skewers on a plate with diced onions and a piece of lemon.
