- Exit Interview is a Big drama in every organization, its nothing but a formality, however the motive behind exit interview is unique i.e. to know the reason why employee leave the organization, but rigid approach of H.R.M. has kill a unique concept.

- In Big organization they recruit the professional by paying higher pay and by transparent and scientific selection procedure but after recruiting a candidate they don't bother whether he is properly utilized or organization gaining his experience or knowledge, simultaneously in MNC they load the candidate with such a workload that candidate has no time for value addition or develope something new.

I have seen that nowadays most qualified professional leave the organization not because of lesser salary but since they are not utilized for the purpose for what they hired/recruit.
